Just had enough time to create this card this afternoon while Ellie napped.  I hope you enjoy it.

Love these cute little foxes!

MFT 2019 Coloring Virtuoso

I created this card with my new stamp set for the MFT 2019 Card Design Superstar: Coloring Virtuoso Challenge for my niece's birthday.  I hope you all enjoy it!

MFT Sketch & Color Challenge

I finally had some time to just make a card for fun instead of specifically for someone.  I decided to use the MFT Sketch Challenge 427 and Color Challenge 112 for inspiration.  I wanted to use bunnies because it's close to Easter and I decided the big balloon in the sketch could easily work as a giant bubble with the BB Bubble over with Joy stamp set.  I was inspired by an old Sandy Allnock Create in Color post and and old MFT How to Create a Bubble Design with distress ink.  I used the color scheme from the current MFT Challenge.  I hope you like it!

I was surprised at how well I was able to match the distress oxide ink blending for the giant bubble with the copic blending of the small bubbles.  Other MFT products used:  stitched circle die cut to mask the big bubble and stitched fishtail flag Stax for the sentiment strip.

Happy Valentine's Day

I've been enjoying my new Mae the Mouse set from Honey Bee Stamps.  It's perfect for Valentine's Day cards.  Below is one I made that I am going to send to my grandmother Lois with photos of my daughter.  She doesn't do the internet well, so I send her physical photos every couple of months.

I'm entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - Add Some Red.

MFT 2018 Card Design Superstar - Coloring Virtuoso

I've been trying to think of a good idea for this challenge and inspiration finally hit yesterday.  It came together surprisingly quickly for me, which is pretty rare.  It normally takes me a while to develop an idea.  I also finally got to use my Happy Hello stamp set, which I love, but hadn't used yet.  Without further ado, here is my card:

For this card, I used the MFT Happy Hello stamp set, Hearts in a Row - Horizontal Die-namics, and Copic Markers.  I stamped and colored on Copic Xpress-It paper and mounted onto MFT Red Hot cardstock.

I hope you like it!

Card for Baby Ussery

I created a card for my brother and his wife congratulating them on the news that they are expecting.

I used My Favorite Things LLD Welcome Baby and Clearly Besotted's Full Steam Ahead and Additions.

I'm entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes.

Ellie's Bookmark for Daddy

Ellie loves to color these days.  I saw a fun pin on Pinterest that masks off some words and lets the kid color everywhere and when you remove the masks white words are left behind.  I thought Ellie would have fun creating something like this and decided on a bookmark for her Daddy.

I used the My Favorite Things LLD Stitched Alphabet and Pretty Pink Posh Stitched Duo 1 tag die.  There is some glitter brush on the heart too, but you can't really see that with the pictures.
